WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

• Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
• Support our Head Chef with menu planning, stock management and food preparation
• Provide guidance to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
• Run the pass during service, ensuring consistency of dishes to surpass guest expectations
• Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
