Position Overview:
Burgerooze Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity in menu development, and the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and execute innovative menu items that align with Burgerooze’s brand and customer preferences.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage food costs and waste, optimizing profitability.
Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
