Role and Responsibilities: As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating and executing a menu that reflects the commitment to creativity and seasonality. Your duties will include:

• Developing innovative dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Managing inventory and ensuring food quality and consistency
• Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Collaborating with management to create menus and special offerings
• Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food trends and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
