Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services.  We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Pullman Cairns International on a casual basis!

As a Spa Therapist, you'll warmly greet each guest and deliver a 5-star experience through a variety of treatments, from massages to facials, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations while upholding our highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

You’ll stay knowledgeable about our products and services, proactively anticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their journey. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to handle inquiries and resolve any concerns smoothly, further elevating the guest experience.

With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to impeccable grooming, you’ll help create a serene, welcoming spa atmosphere where every guest feels valued and relaxed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage, or Certificate IV in Massage
• Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of massage techniques, wellness practices, and healthy products
• Ability to attentively focus on guest needs while remaining calm, courteous, and professional at all times
• Genuine passion for hotel operations and a true commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
