Spare Parts Coordinator - Professional Development Opportunities

The Company

CSG Talent have partnered with a global manufacturer who have an excellent reputation for quality and innovation. They are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to support their warehouse operation near Tullamarine. They have been established for over 50 years and employ over 5,000 people globally and are currently experience of a large degree of growth due to their strong position in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with picking, packing, and all administration of spare parts on a daily basis
• Provide support to spare parts controller when needed
• Ensure received stock aligns with purchase orders and vendor documentation
• Inspect and report any damaged goods/packaging to vendors and coordinators
• General warehouse duties - loading & unloading trucks, making local deliveries, cleaning etc.
• Escalate issues with freight (delays, missing or damaged ) to the responsible freight forwarder to investigate

Skills and Experience

• MUST have Forklift License
• Good computer skills. Ability to update spreadsheets, booking courier services etc
• Experience of SAP and MS Outlook would be highly advantageous
• Must have full working rights
• Strong administration experience within a warehouse
• Great communication skills with clients and vendors
