The RoleWorking in a team of 7, this role supports internal and external customers and supports the inwards and outwards movements of spare parts through the keying of spare parts orders.
Technical support will also be required for service partners, retailers, staff and consumers so technical support experience is highly desirable.
Any CRM experience will be considered, but SAP will be highly advantageous as would JIRA.
A national police check will be required, so please be mindful of these when applying.
Successful candidate will have the following:• Technical support experience and providing a positive experience.
• Previous experience working in a similar role working with a CRM system.
• Patient with good common sense and not afraid to ask questions if uncertain.
• Outgoing personality who is gets on in a collaborative environment.
• Self-starter, reliable, friendly and a positive attitude.
