Create impact as a Product Architecture Specialist

YOUR ROLE 

Join us as a Product Architecture Specialist within IAG’s Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) division, where you will act as a key member of our Product Management team and our technology transformation program. Commercial Enablement Program.

You will lead the design and build of new product architecture and help deploy the agility necessary for IIA brands and channels to execute their desired market strategies and support IIA growth ambitions into FY26 and beyond.

You will be responsible for analysing data from a variety of sources (internal and external) as well as collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations on the build of that architecture. 

This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne.

ABOUT YOU 

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Development and / or Business Design
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills with a natural flare for working collaboratively across multiple business units.
• Structured problem-solving capability with experience working across technology transformation projects.
• Strong enterprise thinking with strategic analysis, written and verbal communication skills.
