💼 Your Role

As a valued Speech Pathologist on our team, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload and deliver timely, effective therapy
  • Provide essential speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the community
  • Conduct assessments, including clinical observations and standardised tools, to set individualised goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions that make a meaningful impact on participants’ lives
  • Collaborate with our large, supportive multidisciplinary team
  • (For senior clinicians) Mentor and support early career team members
  • Stay informed and compliant with current NDIS guidelines and practices

Qualifications

✅You will need:

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates also encouraged to express interest for future opportunities)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively handle a diverse and dynamic caseload
  • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, eager to innovate and learn from new approaches
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive team environment
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
