Speech Pathologist

• Provide high-quality speech pathology services across a varied case-load (also open to talking about any specialisations you can bring to the team!).
  


• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, and have exceptional client and customer engagement skills.
  


• Contribute to the growth of the speech pathology program, and for experienced practitioners an opportunity to supervise and mentor graduates and to shape speech pathology offerings.
  


• Support participant outcomes in a safe and efficient manner.
  


• Develop and deliver therapy programs, holistically and using outside the box thinking.
  


• Have the opportunity to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree qualification in Speech Pathology
  


• Current membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  


• Working knowledge of the NDIS (preferred, but not essential)
  


• Old Government Disability Worker Screening Check
  


• Proven goal-oriented and person-centred approach/mindset
  


• Ability to work autonomously, within a team environment
  


• Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
  


• Current (open) drivers license
