Your day will include:

  • Manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality, timely speech pathology services
  • Support participants in schools, homes, and community settings
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to tailor treatment goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve greater independence
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
  • Stay current with NDIS guidelines to ensure best practice and compliance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience (or keen new grads ready to learn!)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
  • Team player looking to contribute to a fun, supportive, and purpose-driven environment
