Sports Field Construction Shaper and Operator

Join our passionate Precsion Projects team as a Sports Field Construction Shaper and Operator! We’re an exciting new business in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales, focusing on Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Be part of a large established company at the ground level as we build something incredible together.

We're looking for someone with a white construction card and experience in tractor operations and mid-size earthmoving equipment: such as bulldozer, excavator, dump truck and skid steer loaders. While not essential, having a forklift license, turf qualifications, Open HC truck license, experience with GPS/UTS automatic machine control, and irrigation knowledge would be beneficial.

Experience in horse track and facility construction, golf course construction and sports field construction will be well received.

In this role, you'll shape surfaces manually and with automatic machine systems, handling bulking and finishing works with precision. Troubleshoot machine control systems, liaise with customers, and lead small teams to success.
