About the Role: 

We have an exciting full time hybrid opportunity for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to support the rapid growth of our two brands.  

You will get to be part of an innovative and rapidly-growing industry leading business in the exciting health and fitness industry and take ownership of a diverse range of interesting and challenging work including: 

• Assist develop brand guidelines and maintain brand aesthetics for all visual assets, led by our Creative Director (print and digital) 
• Create, develop and maintain engaging and consistent on-brand digital assets for website, socials and eDMs (eg. graphics, banners, infographics, eBooks, etc), as well as promotional merchandise 
• Create print assets for product design, conceptualisation and packaging, promo materials including POS, flyers, etc and assist to oversee their production to deadlines 
• Assist with photoshoots and engage in activities and projects in conjunction with our inhouse photographer/videographer and Creative Director. This may include assisting with story-boarding, conceptualising and planning/executing photo and video shoots 
• Assist the Social Media Coordinator in the creation, management and publishing of digital content and posts 
• Assist in marketing and promotions where necessary 
• Other administrative tasks as required 
• Assisting in the planning/scheduling/and creative direction of product & campaign launches 

This is a hands-on full-time role in a fast-paced environment which will work very closely with the Creative Director, based out of our Sunshine Coast HQ (Buderim) with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.   

About You: 

We are looking for a motivated and passionate creative with a great eye for detail to produce outstanding content who loves and understands the health and fitness industry.  

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you must have: 

• Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience 
• Experience interpreting and developing brand guidelines to produce concepts and layouts for a variety of platforms. 
• In depth experience and highly proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. 
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail across multiple jobs. 
• Ability to take a brief from initial concept through to final delivery. 
• Awareness & always having your finger on the pulse in terms of what is trending, and how we can utilise it to our advantage. 
• The ability to prioritise work and manage stakeholders. 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• A fun and energetic approach to your work. 
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 
• The willingness to be proactive, show initiative and take ownership in your role. 
• Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form. 
• Good sportspersonship to be a team player and bring positivity to the office!
