About the Job 

 

This role will be a 12-month fixed-term contract initially, with the potential to be made a permanent position.

Tanner’s APAC Client Success team is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist who’s equal parts tech-savvy problem-solver, relationship-builder, and project master. If you love turning ideas into beautifully executed digital experiences, this role is for you. 

This is a 12‑month opportunity to work with passionate people, innovative technology, and clients who care about creating incredible employee experiences. 

What You’ll do 

 

In this role, you’ll be the conductor behind the scenes — guiding clients, configuring programs, and ensuring every recognition solution launches smoothly and successfully. 

You’ll get to: 

  • Own the full program configuration journey: Dive deep into client objectives, lead them through key decisions, bring clarity to complex choices, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders as you steer each project from idea to implementation. 

  • Create and troubleshoot software configurations: Use your technical skills to set up, tweak, and refine our web-based recognition programs so they work beautifully every time. 

  • Solve problems before they become problems: You’ll proactively jump on ad hoc or system issues, helping everything stay on track and clients feel supported. 

  • Document your brilliance: Produce clean, clear documentation that captures program decisions and configurations for future reference (your future self will thank you). 

  • Test like a pro: Conduct thorough pre‑launch testing so our clients enter User Acceptance Testing with confidence. 

  • Spot opportunities and share ideas: Have a clever enhancement in mind? You’ll identify new ways clients can get more from their programs and share insights with our internal sales teams. 

  • Partner for a seamless handover: Support the smooth transition from implementation to ongoing program management—because great handovers mean happy clients.

What you’ll bring 

  • A proven track record in effective project planning and management, and providing an exemplary level of service delivery. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to shift between priorities. 

  • An exceptional level of attention to detail. 

  • A love of collaboration and being a team player. 

  • High energy levels and strong personal drive.
