The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who excels in program management, stakeholder engagement, and driving data-driven operational performance stemming from the payments landscape in Australia. 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or related fields Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and build strong senior stakeholder relationships Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed global organizations, ideally within technology or fintech Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans Demonstrated expertise in driving operational rigor, project governance, and data-driven decision-making Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
