State Field Sales Manager - SA & WA

The Opportunity

We're looking for an inspiring State Field Sales Manager to lead our South Australia & Western Australia Impulse and Pharmacy Field Sales Team. Combining people leadership, customer partnership and commercial ownership, you'll coach and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers while driving sales growth across a dynamic customer portfolio.

A day in the Life… 

 As a hands-on sales leader, you'll combine strategic thinking with in-field coaching to drive performance, develop talent and grow key customer partnerships. 

You'll: 

• Lead the Field Sales team to achieve ambitious sales, distribution and execution targets. 


• Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term relationships. 


• Use data and market insights to make informed commercial decisions and drive business performance. 


• Collaborate across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver winning outcomes for customers and consumers. 


• Champion Nestlé's Leadership Principles, fostering an environment where people and performance thrive. 

TRAVEL 

This is a hands-on leadership role with regular time spent in the field including quarterly travel to Western Australia. 

 What will make you successful:  

You're an energising leader with a passion for sales, people development and delivering results. 

You'll bring: 

• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams. 


• Sales experience within FMCG, Grocery, Convenience or a related industry. 


• Strong commercial acumen, with excellent planning, negotiation and customer management skills. 


• Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence a broad range of stakeholders. 


• Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to identify opportunities and drive performance. 


• A growth mindset and a passion for digital adoption, championing the use of technology. 


• Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI experience highly regarded. 


• Flexibility to travel as required and a passion for being in the field with your team.
