Due to company expansion we have a newly created position for a State Finance and Insurance Manager who has the ability to be a hands on trainer both in a live dealership environment as well as developed training sessions. You will lead the team by example and assist the team in problem solving to ensure their success.

The role:

  • Train and motivate your team to ensure they achieve KPI's and company benchmarks.
  • Performance management including recruitment, performance reviews and exit interviews.
  • Develop and improve team and company outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with third party companies.
  • Ensure all legal and ethical compliance regulations are adhered to.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key dealership staff including Sales Managers and Dealer Principals.
  • Assist the dealerships across various departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Regular travel between our NSW dealerships is required.

About you:

  • 5 years minimum automotive dealership Finance and Insurance experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team by example.
  • Finance accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve KPI's and budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with string attention to detail.
