Position Title: State Manager Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Role Overview: As the State Manager for their Residential Aged Care services in Queensland, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple facilities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and the delivery of high-quality care. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive performance and enhance the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential aged care facilities, ensuring efficient and effective management practices.
Leadership & Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and develop facility managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all facilities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and growth of our services.
Resident & Family Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance service delivery and expand our footprint in Queensland.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external stakeholders, including government bodies, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to advocate for and advance our services.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the aged care sector.
Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare( Nursing ), management, or a related field.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving positive change and performance.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aged care legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Commitment: Passion for aged care and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents.
