We are seeking an exceptional operations leader for the position of State Manager - Queensland at The Dental Group. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for implementing measures to optimise operations, foster a motivated workforce, and improve patient experiences. Patient care is our priority. and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a full-time, hands on position where no two days will be the same.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for clinic operations and growth, aligning with company goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned dental clinics, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators across all clinics.
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinic team to achieve operational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Implement best practices for patient engagement and satisfaction to drive patient retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote the brand and expand the patient base.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and community members to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of clinic practices and compliance with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
• Proven track record of success in operational leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
• Strong understanding of dental industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
