About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. Leading the NSW sales team of passionate professionals, you'll inspire greatness, foster collaboration, and ensure that every member is empowered to reach their full potential. You will be supported by a tight knit national team in providing LED screen solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve ambitious growth goals.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

• Creating new business opportunities and following up existing leads

• Creating and running outbound campaigns including cold calls, cold emails and follow ups

• Commitment to achieving state sales quotas and personal KPI's

• Ensuring effective communication with clients

• Maintaining internal communication, including regular CRM data is complete and accurate

• Account management of existing clients

• Continual development on product knowledge

• Frequent intra and interstate travel

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

Heavy experience in one of our key pillars of sport, hospitality or out of home will be highly regarded, though not essential. Our Sales Team regularly partake in nationwide internal conferences and support each other to achieve our goals as a team. We give our team every chance for professional development and career growth, with extensive training in our products and service offering and continual follow-up training each year. You will also have the opportunity to attend a number of events representing the company, from tradeshows, luncheons and sporting events. This is a role for a go-getter who is looking to develop both professionally and personally, with the backing of a close team with years of knowledge and experience.
