About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a State Service Delivery Manager to join our NSW branch.
Reporting to the General Manager – Managed Services, the State Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent product reliability, and providing strong team leadership.
This field-facing role manages ongoing service relationships with Konica Minolta customers and leads, develops, and supports a highly skilled service delivery workforce.
