We're looking for a Stone Benchtop Installer who is eager to learn the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a team that genuinely values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing stone benchtops in residential homes with care and precision
• Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately on site
• Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes
• Working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills
• Learning site measuring and the finer details of residential installation

Experience is a bonus — but it's not what we hire on. What matters most is:

• A willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for the trade
• A team-first attitude and a reliable, consistent work ethic
• Respect for clients and pride in the work you put your name to
• A current driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia

It will work in your favour if you also have:

• Any experience in stone, construction, or a related hands-on trade
• An interest in site measuring and working to tight tolerances
• Confidence working in finished residential environments

• Top-level hourly rate + super + incentives (after probation)
• Sign-on bonus
• Full-time Monday to Friday
