Stone Consultant - Hiring Immediately

Designer Plus Australia is seeking a motivated and passionate Stone Consultant to join our team. This role will involve both assisting customers at our showroom and visiting potential clients on the road to build our retail and trade clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Serve customers in our showroom, providing expert advice and assistance with their stone-related needs.
•  Visit potential clients to develop new business opportunities, fostering relationships with both retail and trade clientele.
• Consistently follow up on all customer opportunities and requests, ensuring that both client and company needs are met.
•  Actively contribute to our CRM and internal customer management systems by logging daily activities and maintaining accurate records.
•  Understand client needs and build strong, lasting relationships.
•  Utilize effective negotiation and customer service skills to meet client requirements and close sales.
•  Work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
•  Be available for occasional Saturday work to meet business demands.

About You:

• Knowledge of the stone and/or building industry is preferred.
• Demonstrate an exceptional attitude and a strong work ethic.
• An engaging and proactive approach to developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for managing client information and sales activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
