We’re Tool Kit Depot, and we’re looking for a Store Account Manager who can build strong relationships with local businesses, drive commercial opportunities for our store, and help our team deliver the best trade experience.
What you’ll be doing
On the road and in the store — visiting job sites and workshops, understanding what customers need and providing solutions, then turning those insights into quotes and orders for the store. Working on the road with customers, and in store supporting the team and generating leads – this role is as varied as it gets
Building an account base — prospect new commercial accounts, stay in touch with all of your accounts by building long lasting relationships, watch as your account base and sales grow
Coaching the team — share what you’re seeing in the field, lift our quoting and product know‑how, and help the team spot commercial opportunities in‑store. Our Store Account Managers are the senior Commercial leader in store with insights to drive sales harder and support team performance.
Team up — work with Tool Kit Depot leaders, Account Managers and Bunnings Group contacts to unlock bigger commercial wins for the store, the state and the company.
You’ll bring
Experience in account management (2–3 years is great, but we’re open).
Clear communication, solid planning and organisation, and confidence with technology.
A friendly, can‑do attitude — happy working independently and with the team.
