• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, engaged team
• Spend 80% of your time on the floor, connecting with customers and staff
• Launch and operate a commercially successful store, optimizing workflow and ensuring exceptional client service
• Own the entire employee experience, from recruitment to professional development

• 3+ years of multifaceted retail leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing people and profit
• Passion for investing, with personal experience in equity markets
• Ability to embrace change and ambiguity with a solutions-focused, positive mindset
