Store Manager

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead and support our Westfield Parramatta store!

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer service experiences, enjoys leading and supporting a small team and work towards targets and KPI’s, and most importantly, has a positive, can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations
• Effectively manage store rosters and timesheet approvals
• Lead by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above and beyond service
• Ensure the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
• Working with HR team to recruit team members with the correct cultural fit and competencies
• Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand and store operation
• Provides direction and appropriate feedback to team
• Proactive approach in loss prevention/ stock management

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years management experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail sales or hospitality environment
• Strong commercial acumen to achieve outstanding sales budgets and KPIs
• An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service
• The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
• Passion and knowledge of the brand or art toys
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
