Store Manager

JEANSWEST is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team of 6+ team members at our SECRET HARBOUR store. 

Rotating fortnightly roster to help support a healthy work/life balance – Only work every second Saturday! 
 

OUR STORE MANAGERS -

• Connect with their store team to develop, coach and mentor
• Contribute to the overall commerciality of the business by leading the team to achieve all KPIs and financial targets 
• Execute visual merchandising standards 
• Drive an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the team to convert traffic into customers.
• Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty with their customers.

THE PERFECT FIT HAS  

• Strong communication skills.
• A collaborative leadership style to develop meaningful relationships across the brand.
• A customer centric mind set.
• A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style & presentation.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential.
