Immediate start based in East Brunswick. Stable industry with a family run business operating for over 40 years at one of our newest venues a health food shop with a personal connection to the community.

Previous experience preferred but all applicants will be considered.

This Earth This Foods has a great opportunity for a new Store Manager to assist in leading a team and guiding them as our business evolves.
We are seeking a Store Manager with a strong work ethic.

The Manager’s roles will be involved in all facets of the business, from leading a team of  hard-working staffs, rostering, stock ordering, store presentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities
Store Manager is responsible for:
- Adopting a 'lead by example' attitude to create a results and customer focused team.
- Motivating the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge.
- Ensuring a proactive approach to stock management and store presentation standards through careful management
- Conduct induction and ongoing training for all employees
- Stock purchasing and management
- Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and overseeing in-store promotions.
- Ensuring effective OH & S standards are being maintained.
- Managing general store administration, cash handling and banking
- Working with management to expand and develop the growing business.

Skills and experience
- Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic.  - An eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and enforce store standards.
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.

- Passion for leadership, coaching and developing direct reports and teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and build effective internal and external relationships.
- Oversight and responsibility for the negotiation and purchase of products.
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Produce experience is not necessary but preferred.
