The Opportunity

As the Store Manager, you will lead the store team and exceed sales targets by delivering an exceptional in-store and online experience to our customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Team Leadership
• P&L Responsibility
• Financial Reporting
• Deliver on commercial performance and viability of the business
• Drive ongoing delivery of professional, courteous, and sincere customer service standards
• Capitalise on sales opportunities to ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets
• Manage staff across rosters, recruitment and professional development

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of Store Management experience (Bulky Goods experience will be viewed favourably)
• Full Australian Work Rights
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experienced with stock replenishment and inventory management
• Entrepreneurial by nature with a drive to succeed financially.
• Experienced with merchandising and ticketing disciplines within a hard or bulky goods environment.
• The ability to review, interpret and act upon retail and financial performance results.
• A true team player who understands "there's no I in team".
• Experience in pool products and services is not essential but would be viewed favourably.
