Eureka Furniture is a family-owned Australian furniture and homewares business with 40 locations from Cairns to Victoria. Founded in 1986, we design, source, and retail high-quality recycled timber furniture, we also have and a wide range of lounges and homewares. Tasks & responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, driving sales and managing the administrative needs of the showroom
- You will be responsible for the management of cost control, including labour, delivery recovery and incidentals
- You will be responsible for ensuring retail sales growth on last year and the achievement of budgets
- You be responsible for creating a culture of inclusivity, respect and fun, aligning with the family values of the Eureka family
- You will work effectively with other areas of the business to ensure that the Oxley team are adhering to compliance, policy and practices of the business
- You will lead monthly performance reviews with your teams, celebrating wins and identifying areas of opportunity, while adhering to Fairwork guidelines around performance management
Qualifications & experience
- 2 years previous experience in a retail management role, furniture ideal but not essential
- Previous experience working with Pronto would be advantageous but not essential
