We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sales Consultant who lives for the excitement of the chase — someone who connects deeply with customers, shapes their vision, and seals every sale with confidence and style.  

What you'll do:

Discover a career where leadership, style, and genuine connection come together. We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead our Bankstown Showroom, guiding a passionate team and creating memorable experiences for every customer. 

• Support and motivate your team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, respect, and achievement 
• Drive sales through a deep understanding of our products and genuine, consultative service 
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape strategies that delight customers and grow business performance 
• Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard, ensuring it reflects our brand’s quality and attention to detail 
• Resolve customer enquiries with care and professionalism, always striving for outstanding outcomes 

What You'll bring:

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture or high-value categories such as jewellery, automotive, bedding, or luxury travel 
• A confident and approachable communication style with a positive, can-do attitude 
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• A genuine passion for coaching others and helping your team succeed
