Store Person

Currently seeking an Immediately available Store Person, based in the Central Coast Area.

We have partnered with the largest distributor of electricity on Australia's east coast. The company provides power to 1.8 million customers servicing more than 4 million people in Sydney, the Central Coast and Hunter regions of New South Wales, Australia.


The role will be a 2-3 month placement, with the potential for ongoing work. Monday - Friday roster, 7am - 3pm

Your new role


You will be part of a multi-skilled team providing the inspection, quality control, receipt, safe custody, warehousing, transport and issuing of materials to the organisation's internal and external customers. Duties may include:

• Pick/pack of orders
• Receipt of materials
• Put away materials
• Stock consolidation and sorting of reclaimed materials.
• Oversees decentralised, permanent store operations when required.
• Forklift Operation
• Repetitive lifting and manual labour
• RF Scanning

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar logistics, procurement or warehouse position.
• Hold a current class C driving licence.
• Hold a forklift ticket.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of inventory control processes.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
