About the Role

Reporting to the Director, VM, Wholesale Store Development & Operations, you will play a key role in elevating the visibility and performance of PVH brands within the wholesale environment through effective project management, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused project coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will have a strong balance of creativity, commercial awareness and operational discipline, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

This is based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, working from home and in the office weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver wholesale Shop-in-Shop (SIS), fixture and brand enhancement projects on time, within budget and aligned to global brand guidelines.
• Coordinator projects end-to-end from planning and stakeholder alignment through to installation and post-project maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with department store partners, vendors, architects and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand presence, productivity and sales performance within wholesale environments.
• Support CAPEX forecasting, budgeting, cost control, reporting and project reconciliation processes.
• Maintain project schedules, asset registers, inventory records and SIS master files.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Category and Commercial teams to support brand growth and optimise store productivity.
• Ensure all store environments meet PVH brand standards and retailer design requirements.
• Support reporting, analysis and communication of project progress, ROI and key business initiatives to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across wholesale store operations and project delivery.

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, store development or visual merchandising.
• Prior experience managing retail fitouts, SIS or fixture projects within department stores highly regarded.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat advantageous.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility for occasional local and interstate travel
