Store Supervisor

An exciting opportunity exists for a Store Supervisor at our branch in Clayton, VIC.

This is a permanent full-time position.  Reporting to the VIC State Logistics Manager, responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for managing a small team of drivers
• Despatching and receipting of goods
• Maintaining and dealing with customer enquiries
• Stock Management
• Stock re-fill on the shelves in the warehouse
• General warehouse duties, picking & packing, forklift driving
• Organising drivers runs
• Assist with both internal and external customer enquiries
• Perform stocktake when required
• Comply with all OHS requirements
• Admin duties
• Driving / Delivery duties as back up

The role will be required to work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Experience in warehousing in a supervisory role
• Basic computer skills - Outlook
• A current, valid driver’s license enabling you to drive within Victoria
• Valid forklift license an advantage
• Exceptional customer service skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues
• Good communication skills and professional presentation
• The ability to work as part of a team of professionals
• Outstanding time management skills
• Understanding of warehouse and OHS procedures
