The Opportunity

Metalcorp is looking for a Storeperson in our Warehouse/Operations team based in Bundaberg. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockist across Australia.

You'll join our dedicated, energetic team in supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. No previous experience in warehousing or operations is necessary as you will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

What Will You Do?

Bring your natural style, energy and passion for customer success to this hands-on and varied role in which you’ll be responsible for receiving and storing materials, assembling and loading orders, and dispatch duties, you will also:

• meet and greet with our valued customers
• safely load and unloading of trucks and customer pickups
• operate forklifts, cranes and other machine processing equipment including driving trucks (onsite only)
• pick and pack from stock on-site to create specific orders
• be responsible for the safety of yourself and your co-workers
• ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through your service levels
