Storeperson

In partnership with our client who are privately owned, a leading food manufacturer and supplier of fresh and prepared food solutions, we are seeking experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operators.

Our client is located in the Hendra area and the positions will commence in a fulltime casual nature with the view to permanent after 3 months (subject to performance).
  
These positions will only suit candidates that are seeking long term opportunities.
  
Duties will include:

• Forklift operation (loading and unloading)
• Receiving and dispatching stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping of warehouse and store.
• Customer service (face to face and via telephone).
• Merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Working with manager and team in store.
• General housekeeing including cleaning of facilities, office and site.

Skills & Experience:

• Current high risk forklift licence.
• Counter balance & High reach double deep experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced cold room environment and multitask.
• Strong commitment to safe working procedures.
• Excellent written & verbal skills.
• Prior experience working in cold room / freezers will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work either day and afternoon shifts.
