We specialise in all consumable products for hotels, motels, clubs, restaurants, cafés, takeaway outlets, government departments, commercial, industrial, cleaning contractors, offices, hospitals, schools and nursing homes. 

About the role

Due to continued growth our team is expanding.

As a part of the distribution team you will report to the Warehouse Manager & Managing Director. With a versatile set of responsibilities, you will be highly suited to this opportunity if you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. 

This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday with the hours generally being 8am to 5pm. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.

Duties

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Picking & packing customer orders

• Loading & unloading trucks/vans

• Customer deliveries

• General warehouse duties

Skills and experience

• Must have current manual drivers licence (MR preferred but not essential)
• Must be physically fit as position involves some heavy lifting
• Must have a good local area knowledge 
• Must have strong customer service focus
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Moderate level computer skills
• "Can-do" attitude
• Well presented
