Stores and Warehouse Coordinator - Unlimited Growth Potential

RKM Roller Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Conveyor Idlers servicing the mining and materials handling industry. 

We manufacture in Perth and China with stocking facilities in Maddington.

We are currently seeking a full-time Stores and Warehouse Coordinator to manage the storage and distribution of our products from our Maddington facility.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a friendly small business team with immediate start available.

The role is diverse as it combines warehousing of incoming products from our China Facility and dispatching products.

Duties:

• Warehouse duties – stock management, receiving, and dispatching goods, maintaining stock levels and inventory records
• Processing sales orders & factory orders
• Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries for customers 
• Assist the Sales & Administration team with data entry and other duties as required.
• General housekeeping ensuring that the warehouse is tidy, safe, and efficient.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a warehousing role 
• Proven experience in spare parts/ parts management or similar
• Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
• Current forklift licence 
• Full manual driver's licence preferred 
• Ability to follow all safety procedures 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
