Purpose
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Director to lead our largest accounts within the Tier 1 Telco sector. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will drive growth, engagement, and revenue generation for our key clients. Your role will involve strategic upselling, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions from our suite of world-class Decisioning software, Credit Bureau data, Open Banking Solutions, and Fraud & ID offerings.

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing strategic accounts. You will represent our company as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality outcomes for both Experian and our valued clients.
Your primary responsibility will be achieving sales targets by understanding client needs and aligning our solutions with their commercial objectives. Your agility, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills will be essential. We seek a dynamic individual who combines strategic thinking with strong sales methodology.
