Job Summary


We are looking for a Strategic Projects & Transformation Manager to drive Hapana’s most critical initiatives and transformation programs. This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution leading cross-functional projects that improve how we operate, scale globally and deliver value to our customers.


You’ll work closely with the leadership team to design, deliver and embed high-impact change, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with measurable outcomes and embraced across the organisation.



Key Responsibilities:


This pivotal role carries the sole accountability for the successful execution of critical programs, necessitating seamless coordination across all departments and ensuring every stakeholder is held responsible for their contributions.



Strategic Projects Delivery



  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Hapana’s most important strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, with clear milestones, success criteria, and ownership.

  • Track and report progress to senior leadership, providing transparency on outcomes, risks, and dependencies.



Business Transformation & Change Leadership



  • Lead transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure new processes, systems, or structures are adopted effectively.

  • Act as a change ambassador, helping teams navigate through transition periods with clarity and confidence.



Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver aligned outcomes.

  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.

  • Break down silos by ensuring cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability.



Operational Excellence



  • Establish frameworks, templates, and best practices for program and project management to raise the standard of delivery across Hapana.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess project and transformation success, recommending improvements where needed.

  • Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum



Leadership & Influence



  • Provide thought leadership on project execution and organizational transformation, bringing in industry best practices.

  • Mentor and guide colleagues in project management approaches, uplifting capability across teams.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in everything you lead



Qualifications:



  • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, SaaS strategy, or management consulting.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, high-impact projects.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS operations; fitness & wellness industry experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn strategy into execution.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.).
