Strategy & Growth Associate

An exceptional early-career opportunity to work directly with the Executive General Manager, Strategy & Growth within SI&CS. This role sits at the centre of a high-performing, fast-paced team, supporting strategy, business development, and bid activity across Australia and New Zealand.

Exposure spans executive-level decision-making, strategic projects, and customer-facing initiatives, offering a strong career foundation within an ASX-listed organisation.

What you'll do

• Assess incoming requests to the EGM and coordinate responses or actions
• Conduct research across strategy, policy, business development, and communications
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and key strategic activities
• Support project delivery across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Contribute to pipeline reporting, bid coordination, and strategic planning

• Bachelor's degree with a high academic record (distinction or above) 
• Experience providing administrative support across a function, or executive/s
• Experience in a consulting organisation would be highly regarded
• Natural curiosity and an analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative working style
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information

Due to the nature of the work, you may be required to attain a Security Clearance and as such, only Australian Citizens will be considered.
