A great opportunity has come to fruition to work on a landmark project that will shape this region for many years to come; a large luxury Mixed-Use development. You will be joining a household name who enjoys the benefits of cost-effective material supplies, along with working for one of the best construction managers on the Sunshine Coast.


Your new role

The structures for this project will be impressive; over 10 stories and no basement, it will come with high specs, and you will be supported by a full site team. There will be decorative pre-cast and cast in-situ, along with multiple structural elements including blockwork, pre-cast columns, walls and awnings. You will ensure the set out and pre-cast detail is accurate, driving the structural subbies to deliver the job correctly first-time round. Ensuring everything is in place with reo-controls, block controls and that the pre-cast panels are made on time, ready for installation, will all play a part in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have experience as a Structures Foreman on a multi-story project requiring a tower crane, ideally with projects that are $20M+ with 6 levels or more. Experience with luxury developments involving decorative structures will be advantageous. Working experience with software packages like Procore will also be beneficial. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll get in return Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $160k to $180k total package is a good indicator. Also, the chance to join a high performing team on a landmark project.
