You will also take ownership of complex student and industry enquiries, using sound judgement to investigate issues, drive solutions and ensure timely resolution.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of WIL operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery and strengthen the overall student and stakeholder experience. Leveraging data insights, stakeholder feedback and your operational expertise, you will support the development of best practice approaches that drive efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Collaborating with a diverse range of academic and professional colleagues, you will support the successful delivery of WIL initiatives across programs, modes and locations, while contributing to a positive, student-centred and high-performing team culture.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Experience coordinating Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities or delivering complex student lifecycle services in a higher education or similar environment

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across students, academics, professional staff and industry partners
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislation to ensure compliance and manage risk
Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues using sound judgement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex matters
