We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Stylist Operation Manager to lead our talented team of stylists and drive our company's growth.
Position Overview:
The Stylist Operation Manager will lead our team of stylists, manage project workflows, ensure our projects are executed in line within our brand feel and look and ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Effectively manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all projects meet company quality standards, time management and client expectations.
Creative Direction: Develop and implement styling strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Resolve client conflicts and ease circumstances to maintain and extend the client relationship lifecycle.
After-Hours Support: Be available to clients for after-hours contact via phone or email to address urgent concerns and provide support as needed.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the client base.
KPI Achievement: Drive team performance to achieve business KPIs, including project completion rates, client satisfaction scores, and revenue targets.
Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Troubleshooting: Support the team with troubleshooting project challenges or problems, providing solutions and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Control: Ensure all styling projects adhere to company quality standards and Brand aesthetic guidelines.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
At least 4-7 years of experience in interior design or home staging, with a proven managerial track record.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail and a creative vision.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Experience in achieving business KPIs and driving team performance.
Experience in dealing with client resolutions.
