About the role

DT Infrastructure are delivering the Wolseley Siding Upgrade Project, which involves constructing a new 3.0km rail spur. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and supervision of team members and equipment, in terms of time, cost and quality.

This role is a full-time position where you will be working on a 10:4 DIDO roster.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery of contractual requirements of work crews within agreed budgets


• Site supervision in terms of quality, timeliness and compliance


• Efficient organisation and supervision of people, plant and machinery resources


• Planning works and arranging resources and material required for jobs


• Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with company policies and procedures

Experience and capabilities

• Experience in rail/construction industry


• Proven supervisory experience


• Outcome focused and thorough understanding of the factors affecting end product and result


• Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills


• Well-developed people management skills
