About the Pub

Brady's Railway Hotel, located in Albury, are seeking a proactive Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our expanding team.  If you have your RSA and RCG, are able and willing to work on a flexible roster , and are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service with a strong work ethic we’d love to hear from you!  

The venue is a favourite of locals and visitors alike. It's reputation is set on simplicity, great service and a fun and laid back atmosphere.

Skills and experience

Paired with the above, to succeed you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience for 2 + years in a similar role
• Exposure to managing teams of staff in high pressure environments
• A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product and overall customer experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• The ability to develop your staff in all aspects of their role including product knowledge, customer interactions and specific service skills while fostering an enviable culture amongst your team
• Experience and understanding of hospitality systems including POS, accounting software and reporting tools
• Sound knowledge of Liquor & Gaming compliance
