PV Enquiries Supervisor
Description:
Oversee a team of enquiries officers, providing training and support to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include leading the team, conducting training sessions for new officers on customer service procedures and systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. Key skills include prior experience in customer service, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
PV Mail and Scanning Supervisor
Description:
Manage all aspects of mail processing operations, including extraction, sorting, batching, and scanning. Responsibilities include supervising mail processing operations for accuracy and timeliness, providing support to officers, supervising staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processing efficiency. Key skills include problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and fostering a positive work environment.
PV Data Entry Supervisor
Description:
Supervise a team of up to 20 data entry officers, ensuring accurate and efficient task completion. Responsibilities include providing guidance, conducting training sessions, and proactively resolving operational issues. Key skills include strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and experience in personnel supervision and development including providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ballot Paper Supervisor
Description:
Manage workflows within processing teams, overseeing the allocation of work to officers, and supervising ballot paper proofers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality control standards, addressing any issues that arise during the process, and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
