Site Supervisor/Site Manager / Construction Manager

Evolve Talent is seeking passionate Supervisors in Brisbane to oversee a variety of commercial insurance restoration and residential improvement projects. From coordinating major commercial repairs to managing detailed home renovations, this is your chance to step up, lead teams, and deliver outstanding results.

There are a couple of different positions that are available:

• Experienced Supervisor/Construction Manager - QBCC Supervisor License - manage supervisors, office based.
• Experienced Supervisor/Site Manager - hold QBCC Supervisor License (must) - large scale projects, site based.
• Experienced Supervisor - without QBCC Supervisor License - manage smaller projects, more office based.
• Entry Level Supervisors - learn, grow and develop the skills required to be a successful supervisor.

We're Looking For

• Ambitious & Eager to Learn: You thrive on challenge and want to grow your leadership experience.
• Experienced in Construction or Insurance Projects: Ideally with exposure to insurance reinstatement, commercial fit-outs, or residential maintenance.
• Commitment to Quality: You take pride in achieving excellent outcomes for clients and insurers alike.
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable engaging with clients, adjusters, trades, and internal teams.
• Less trade background? No problem! We value leadership potential and the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Construction understanding: We will require you to have a construction

Requirements

• Some experience in managing residential projects, small commercial projects, end to end site exposure - carpentry, handyman services, or project supervision preferred.
• White Card essential.
• Supervisor License essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Car allowance or UTE supplied (toll tag provided).
• QBCC Supervisor License - preferred

Your Role

• Coordinate and manage a range of commercial insurance and residential construction projects.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and trades to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
• Support and mentor apprentices or junior staff.
• Oversee compliance, site safety, and quality standards.
