Position Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The Supply and Distribution Manager will also be tasked with optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process from procurement to distribution.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms and pricing.
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
