Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You\u2019ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam\u0027s operations.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nThis position is part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) organization. In this position, you will help establish/ sustain world class supply chain operations ensuring we achieve our commitments to customers. Supply Chain Business Managers will have an opportunity to work across organization on production challenges, manage operations excellence at suppliers, and participate in continues process improvement projects. \nThe ideal candidate must be a result-driven, self-starter possessing strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on supporting customers. This individual must possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, to adapt to changing priorities and to work independently in a close-knit team setting.\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nYears of Experience:\n\n\u2022 Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, or production/planning environment\n\nJob Experience: \n\u2022 Hands on experience of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with history of successful Global Supply Chain Operations. \n\u2022 Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing, and logistics operations \n\u2022 Strong understanding and application of problem-solving methodologies \n\u2022 Sound understanding and familiarity with Semiconductors, Electrical equipment Manufacturing or High-technology supply management practices, standards and organizations. \n\u2022 Business and technical background understanding all the Commercial off the shelf items, OEM, Proprietary/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic components/HLA\u2019s/Integration commodities.\n\nEducational: Bachelor\u2019s in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial engineering or any other stream. MBA will be an added advantage. \nMandatory Skills \u0026 Requirement: \n\u2022 Solid analytical and written/oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization including Executives \n\u2022 Understanding of statistical process control and basic statistical analysis used in production setting \n\u2022 Good interpersonal relationship skills and professional level of emotional intelligence necessary to achieve the desired objective deliverables \n\u2022 Good experience of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with history of successful resolution in a Global Supply Chain operation \n\u2022 Exhibit attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment \n\u2022 Ability to operate independently, recognizing when consultation is required from Manager.\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n\u2022 Proficient in Data Analytics \u0026 Presentation Skills \n\u2022 Six sigma yellow/green belt is a plus\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
