Supply Chain Co-ordinator - Logistics

Are you an accomplished professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator—a role central to the seamless flow of goods and collaboration across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer order tracking and promptly resolve any delivery concerns
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support
• Maintain optimal stock levels and supervise inventory management
• Prepare comprehensive supply chain reports utilising SAP
• Maintain accurate documentation of end-to-end processes
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with customers
• Manage purchase order and MRP data administration for relevant activities

• Align forecasts with operational plans to support production scheduling
• Accurately input finished goods data into relevant systems
• Perform load checks to ensure quality assurance  (back up role)
• Prepare pallet dockets for Chep & Loscam, ensuring compliance (back up role)
• Coordinate the receiving of raw materials (back up role)
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits (Backup role)

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding time management skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, with a commitment to open and collaborative communication
• Proven experience working with SAP
